FAQ

Q: Where do we meet?

A: Most experiences depart from Lake Hefner Marina: 4407 S Lake Hefner Dr, Oklahoma City, OK 73116. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Use Google Maps for accurate directions.

Select experiences take place at Arcadia Lake. Exact meeting details will be provided after booking.

Q: How many guests can join?

A: We accommodate up to 6 guests per experience to ensure a comfortable and elevated outing.

Q: Is this a boat rental?

A: No. All experiences are fully hosted and include a dedicated captain and host/hostess so you can relax and enjoy while we handle everything.

Q: Can I bring alcohol and food?

A: Yes. All experiences are BOYB friendly. Prepackaged snacks are welcome. We also provide a cooler, ice, cola, and lemon-lime soda for your convenience.

Q: Can we swim during the experience?

A: Swimming is only permitted during select experiences at Arcadia Lake. Lake Hefner experiences are cruise-based and do not include water entry.

Q: What’s included?

A: Every experience includes a captain, hostess, fuel, cooler with ice, and a curated on-the-water experience. Select experiences also include aquatic floats and water activities.

Q: Are children allowed?

A: Yes, children ages 5 and up are welcome on select experiences. For children under 12, one adult is required for every two children, and life vests must be worn at all times.

We ask that each group designate a “Dedicated Parent” who remains attentive and responsible for supervising children throughout the experience. Our crew is there to host and guide your time on the water, while adults in your group remain responsible for child supervision.

Q: Are there any safety rules we should know?

A: Yes, safety is our top priority. The captain reserves the right to pause or end activities, deny boarding, or refuse service to any guest if needed to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

The captain may also limit or cut off alcohol consumption at any time for safety reasons.

For safety, glass containers are not permitted.

Q: What happens if there’s bad weather?

A: Safety comes first. Experiences may be canceled due to high winds, lightning, or severe weather.

If you purchased Weather Protection, you will receive a full refund if we cancel due to weather.
If Weather Protection is not selected, bookings are reschedule only.

Q: What’s your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

A: All bookings are final. No refunds are issued 24 hours after purchase.

Charters may be rescheduled up to 3 times for non-weather-related reasons, with at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled experience.

Q: Are life jackets required?

A: Life jackets are available for all guests. Children 12 and under are required to wear a life vest at all times.

Q: Are there restrooms?

A: There are no restrooms on board. Restroom access is available near the marina prior to departure.

Q: Who is this experience for?

A: Perfect for birthdays, celebrations, date nights, and small groups looking to relax, connect, and enjoy the water in a fun and elevated setting.

Q: What is this experience not suited for?

A: This experience is not designed for uncontrolled parties or unsafe behavior. We aim to create a fun, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all guests on board.
